ACEmessage is a great tool for sending customer service reminders to staff on our Infogenesis POS terminals.

It allows us to design eye catching reminders in HTML to help enhance level our customer service at the frontline.

It was one of the only products I could find that was fairly touch screen friendly, in that there is a large close message button at the bottom of the sent message and its ability to use HTML means that staff reminders don't have to be boring old text no one reads..
Along side this promotional reminders are also sent as well to ensure that the staff are aware of any promotions going on.

"I really like the ability to create the groups. That was the main selling point for me. We are using it for mass communication to all of our users. Our users aren’t very good at checking their e-mail in a timely fashion, but they are always sitting at there desk working on their computer. So we wanted something that would pop up on their screen, without us having to install anything on the local computer. The ability to log your messages is a great way to cover your butt when necessary and the success/failed report is also a great help in fine-tuning your groups and has actually helped us discover network issues a couple of times.
