How To Order via Purchase Order

Purchase Orders are our preferred methods for ordering and payment processing.  Our Purchase Order process is:

Process of Purchase Ordering:

1.  Request an Official Quotation from us.
2.  We email you a Quotation outlining your requirements and cost.
3.  You then Create a Purchase Order and EMAIL, FAX or POST it to us.
4.  Once we receive your Purchase Order we will:
        - Email your software license information.
        - Send you an Invoice.

Our company Quotation will contain all the relevant information required for you to raise the Purchase Order.  The quote will also contain the contact details for you to email, fax or post direct to us.

If you require a W8-BEN form please contact us, we provide them on request.

** NOTE ** On the Purchase Order can you please identify a NAMED email contact for the Licenses to be emailed too! otherwise there will be a delay while processing your order.

Payment Options:

We accept payment by the following methods:

1.  BACS or Direct Bank Transfer of Funds  (USD $, GBP £ or EUR €)
2.  Cheque (Again, in USD, GBP or EUR)
